Job summary

Cebuana Lhuillier in Makati seeks a analytics professional to analyze fraud data, trends, patterns, and system alerts across branches and digital channels. You will support the Fraud Management team by monitoring activity, validating suspected transactions, and improving detection rules and scenarios.

The role delivers timely analytics, dashboards, and data-driven insights to strengthen fraud controls and enable informed management decisions.

Qualifications

Four-year degree in Banking/Finance/Accounting/IT or related field
At least three years of work experience in fraud investigation, risk analysis, and data analytics

Responsibilities

Monitor fraud alerts, transactions, and events from the Fraud Management System (FMS).
Analyze fraud trends, patterns, and unusual activities across branches and digital channels.
Investigate and validate data related to suspected fraudulent transactions and cases.
Assess the effectiveness of fraud rules and recommend improvements or new detection scenarios.
Identifies emerging fraud risks and provide data-driven recommendations to strengthen fraud controls.
Prepare fraud statistics, dashboards, and regular reports for management.
Coordinates with Fraud Officers, IT, Development, Operations, and other units on fraud-related findings.
Monitors and reports on fraud detection system performance and relevant operational metrics.
Tracks and documents agreed fraud detection enhancements to support timely implementation.
