Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a high-impact FP&A professional to architect and govern the SSC’s performance framework. You will lead KPI/SLA design across P2P, O2C, and R2R, ensuring accurate data and clear dashboards that inform strategic decisions.

You will partner with Data Analytics and Finance Systems teams to deliver insights, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across the centre for excellence in Manila.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years FP&A or performance management experience.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-country environments.
• Strong data accuracy and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve KPI/SLA frameworks across P2P, O2C, and R2R with governance forums.
• Ensure data integrity across ERP and BI tools; monitor SLA adherence and trends.
• Deliver dashboards and actionable insights for senior stakeholders; enable self-service analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement; quantify automation impact and support leadership decisions.
