Job summary

You will own KPI tracking, data accuracy, and reporting across P2P, O2C, and R2R, delivering insights to influence strategic decisions and continuous improvement across the shared service center.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in FP&A or performance management in high-volume, multi-country environments.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and data tooling; strong data accuracy focus.
• Experience with BI tools for dashboards and reporting; ability to translate data into insights.
• Exposure to LLMs and generative AI tools for data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve KPI and SLA governance across P2P, O2C, and R2R processes; establish governance forums.
• Ensure data integrity; maintain robust performance datasets; monitor SLA adherence and trends.
• Deliver insightful dashboards and analytics to senior stakeholders; enable self-service analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement, quantify automation impact, and advise senior leadership on performance optimization.
