Railway Corp is seeking a Finance Manager to accelerate its Financial Planning and Analysis efforts. You will work with Finance leadership and stakeholders across CX, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration to enable a high-performing FP&A function within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with Planning / Insights and OfficeConnect
• Strong knowledge of financial statements (IS/BS/CF) and financial modeling
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and month-end variance analyses
• Contribute to multi-year financial planning and scenario analysis
