Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization in the Philippines. The role partners with key business teams to drive strategic decisions and improve performance, leveraging Oracle EPM, Tableau, and advanced Excel modeling.

You will oversee planning, monthly results, and management reporting while mentoring a growing FP&A team and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior FP&A experience with business partnering.
• Forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.
• Strong financial acumen in P&L, revenue, COGS, and capital expenditure.
• Negotiation with clients, vendors and service contracts.
• Familiar with U.S. GAAP in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive strategic decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders and the DVP of FP&A to improve performance.
• Manage planning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly results processes.
• Develop Excel-based models for forecasts and budgets; drive insights.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior FP&A staff.
