Job summary

Foundever is seeking a Lead FP&A professional in the Philippines to guide the financial planning process across Tracker, Forecast and Budget. You will drive analytics from country and regional perspectives to support leadership decisions and profitability insights.

The role requires strong modeling skills, US GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and experience with OneStream, SAP or Oracle. You will coordinate with corporate teams and act as a backup for senior FP&A leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of FP&A experience.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• BPO experience desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with OneStream, SAP or Oracle.

Job Summary

Lead FP&A team towards successful accomplishment of all financial planning and analysis processes (including recurrent and ad-hoc needs), ensuring its effectiveness on constant pursuit of profitability efficiencies and looking after overall region's financial performance

Duties and Responsibilities

• Control financial planning process (Tracker, Forecast, Budget) leading the team thru accomplishment of individual tasks as the base for high level (Country, Region) results.
• Performs analytics from a total country and region perspective for leadership team control and performance assessment (including tracker, forecast, budget, actuals month close, MBC, CER)
• Be the POC for Corporative teams (Legacy Sykes + Legacy Sitel) and CR/MEX leadership team on related topics and ad-hoc requirements.
• Guarantee financial data is accurate and accessible for stakeholders on timely basis.
• Control forecast details on: AM Growth, New Logo, Sales Commissions, Global Allocations, and others.
• Align financial results, variance reasons, action plans, and any other output with the respective Area Director.
• Act as backup for any FP&A Supervisor vacancy and for the Region Finance Director

Qualifications - Experience

• 8-10 Years of experience working on FP&A roles
• 5 Years of experience on leading roles.
• Previous BPO experience is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and financial modeling skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles (USGAAP, IFRS)
• Experience with OneStream, SAP and/or Oracle
• Ability to work under high pressure and aggressive timelines.
