Troutman Pepper seeks a Finance Manager to lead the Finance department, overseeing daily operations, reporting, budgeting, and analytics. The role focuses on improving accuracy and efficiency while supporting senior leadership with insightful financial information.

The ideal candidate will manage a team of analysts, develop dashboards, and drive process improvements across the firm’s financial planning cycle. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles, preferably in professional services.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the finance team, ensuring work is properly assigned and completed on time.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting packages, dashboards, trend analyses, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
• Lead budgeting and multi-period forecasting processes across firm-wide functions and offices.
• Ensure data integrity in collaboration with Accounting and IT; deliver timely, high-quality financial information.
• Drive finance transformation through process standardization and automation (Excel, BI tools, SQL workflows).
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to analysts and staff; support professional development.
