Job summary

Dlsu is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in Manila. You will report to the Head of FP&A and develop financial models, forecast performance, and provide insights to drive strategic decisions across the organization.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, prepare actionable analyses, and contribute to the financial health and strategic direction of the university. Strong Excel skills and ERP/FP&A software experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and modeling skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience with FP&A software and ERP systems desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
