Job summary

Staffstream seeks a Senior Finance Analyst in the Philippines to own the cost base for a major business group and deliver FP&A insights. You will partner with Australian stakeholders and lead monthly reporting, budget forecasting, and cost modelling in a real FP&A role.

You'll work with a global team, contribute to process improvements, and support ad hoc requests while maintaining strong Excel and BI tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting or finance, FP&A preferred.
• CPA or equivalent certification required.
• Experience with financial reporting, month-end close and cost modelling.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management reporting on cost base and recoveries.
• Review month-end costs for technology areas and analyze variances.
• Provide analysis and commentary on movements and drivers.
• Coordinate with Financial Control on journal entries and accruals.
• Participate in regular meetings with Australian stakeholders.
