Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting, and decision-support across a multi-entity business. The role focuses on group cash flow forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis, and performance reporting in a remote, international environment.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and value drivers. The successful candidate will bring strong Excel modeling, ERP/BI experience, and excellent communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Commerce, or a related field with strong financial analysis.
Proven cash flow forecasting experience, including rolling forecasts and working capital analysis.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills with clear commentary.
Advanced Excel and data/reporting skills including dashboards and management reporting.
Excellent analytical and communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain short-term and long-range group cash flow forecasts across entities.
Support budgeting and rolling forecasts; coordinate revenue forecasts with sales teams.
Perform monthly budget-to-actual analyses and explain variances to leadership.
Analyze margins, costs, and working capital; translate data into actionable insights.
Develop KPI reports and automate financial reporting processes to reduce manual work.
