You will own end-to-end analysis, turning complex data into clear leadership insights and partnering across teams to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting or similar.
• Experience owning recurring management reporting end-to-end.
• SaaS environment experience with recurring revenue metrics.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas, pivots and models.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience.
• Strong understanding of the three financial statements.
• Experience using Claude AI in analytics with verification.
• Excellent written and spoken English for leadership communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring management reporting, monthly P&L packages and dashboards.
• Perform budget vs. actual and variance analysis; explain key drivers.
• Build structured Excel models for revenue, margins and expenses.
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Analyze product and channel profitability including COGS and inventory.
• Identify cost trends and opportunities to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Accounting to align reports with close.
• Create ad hoc analyses and actionable leadership recommendations.
• Utilize Claude AI to speed cleanup, docs, reconciliation, and first-draft analyses while validating outputs.
• Improve reporting processes with scalable templates and workflows.
