Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Analyst in Quezon City to ensure budget compliance and timely invoicing. The role provides periodic profitability and spend reports to budget owners and supports closing activities with revenue accruals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in accounting, strong budgeting/forecasting and proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and SAP. Flexibility with work schedules and setup is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management or finance related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the BPO industry.
• Strong budgeting, financial planning and analysis, and accounting expertise required.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Adaptive to changing work schedules and setup.
• Willing to work in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Provides periodic management reports on budget utilization and other financial metrics to aid management decisions.
• Assists in budget and forecast exercises by supplying historical data to templates; monitors cost center spending to stay within plan.
• Ensures spending aligns with budget; tracks revenue and profitability metrics; performs variance analysis and supports period-end revenue accruals.
• Issues accurate invoices in a timely manner and ensures revenue and pass-through invoices meet deadlines.
