Job summary

All Certified Equipment Trading Corp. in Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced Corporate Planning & Financial Analyst to prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts and financial projections.

You will perform financial forecasting, reporting, and analytical modeling, working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to budgetary plans. This role requires CPA and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance with CPA preferred.
• Experience in FP&A, corporate planning, and financial analysis.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and monitor annual budgets and financial projections.
• Analyze financial data and build decision-support models.
• Conduct variance analyses and identify trends for improvements.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate reporting.
• Evaluate financial performance against plans and forecasts.
• Establish and enforce cost analysis policies and procedures.
• Create standard and ad-hoc Excel reports and dashboards.
• Support audit schedules and balance sheet analysis.
• Assist in AP and journal entry processes and month-end close.
• Organize financial programs and ensure budget compliance.
• Analyze and maintain balance sheet accounts.
