Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or related field preferred.
• Approximately 1–3 years of finance experience; FP&A exposure is a plus.
• Basic Excel proficiency; analytical ability is important.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional interaction.
• Ability to network and build relationships across functions and regions.
• Exceptional organization; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter; comfortable with change and learning new things.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing FP&A deliverables for management and external reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of reports and outputs.
• Maintain communication with specialists and support in reports/tasks.
• Improve deliverables by evaluating reporting benefits, speed, and accuracy.
• Assist in FP&A deliverables used in management and external reporting.
• Support FP&A team on special projects and growth opportunities.
