Job summary

Superlivingapp in the Philippines is seeking a Flutter mobile developer who cares about feel as much as function, owning features from prototype to ship-it version.

You'll design and ship interactive games and animated experiences using Flutter and Dart, write clean, testable code, and collaborate with designers to iterate on feel.

Experience with Riverpod/Bloc, custom rendering, performance profiling, and a portfolio is required; additional Node.js, Python, or Flame engine experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid experience building apps or games in Flutter and Dart.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming: classes, inheritance, encapsulation, and composition.
• Comfort with state management (Riverpod, Bloc, Provider, or similar) and the ability to explain choices.
• Experience with animations, gestures, and custom rendering beyond standard widgets.
• Familiarity with performance profiling using Flutter DevTools and understanding widget rebuild cycles.
• Disciplined memory and lifecycle management; you dispose your controllers and know why that matters.
• A portfolio, repo, or shipped app we can actually look at.

Responsibilities

• Design and build interactive games and animated experiences in Flutter from concept to release.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable Dart code that others can read.
• Build custom UI and rendering beyond standard widgets using CustomPainter and Canvas.
• Implement game logic, input handling, and animation systems with smooth performance.
• Profile and optimize for performance to target 60fps and reduce jank.
• Collaborate with designers and the team to iterate on feel as well as function.
• Turn ambiguous specs into working features from start to finish.
