About the Role

We\'re on the lookout for a passionate Junior Flutter Developer to join our growing tech team! If you\'re excited about building beautiful, responsive, and high-performance mobile apps, and you\'re eager to learn and grow, we want to hear from you.

What You\'ll Do

• Work closely with senior developers and designers to build and maintain mobile applications using Flutter
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Fix bugs and improve app performance
• Participate in code reviews and learn best practices
• Continuously discover and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Mentorship and training opportunities
• A supportive and inclusive team culture
• Solid understanding of Dart and Flutter (personal or academic projects are great!)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Git
• Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Bonus: Experience with Firebase, CI/CD tools, or publishing apps to the App Store/Play Store
