Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in fixed asset management.

Responsibilities

• Capital Expenditure Management.
• Capital Budget Planning.
• Capital Project Status Update — Assigns Project Number to AMPI/AMUS approved projects.
• Sends monthly capital expenditure forecast to Treasury Section.
• Maintain and update the list of US and PH funded approved projects.
• Download, print, and safekeep copies of approved projects, including attachments from CIM System.
• Fixed Asset Management — Monitors acquisition of fixed assets.
• Capitalize Fixed Assets.
• Monitors Disposal of Fixed Assets.
• Performs Fixed Asset Closing Procedures in Oracle.
• Prepares Quarterly Asset Impairment Review.
• Conducts Annual Physical Inventory and Tagging of Capital Assets.
• Reviews Fixed Asset Narratives and FA Policies and Procedures.
