Job summary
Inizio Engage is seeking a Senior Five9 Telephony Administrator to manage the Five9 cloud contact center for JAPAC. You will configure, support, and optimize telephony, IVR, and reporting across time zones, partnering with US IT and operations.
The role requires strong English, independent work, and a proactive approach to platform reliability and improvements. Remote work in the Philippines with global collaboration opportunities is available.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Five9 administration experience.
- Designing, building, and maintaining IVR/IVA using Five9 Studio.
- Strong telephony knowledge: SIP, call routing, IVR design, voice quality, reporting.
- Automation/integration experience using PowerShell, JavaScript, Power Automate, Power Apps.
- Experience supporting remote call center agents and distributed workforces.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Five9 platform.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for agents, supervisors, and users.
- Build and test IVR/IVA call flows using Five9 Studio.
- Configure routing, queues, agents, campaigns, and reporting.
- Develop automations and integrations; maintain documentation.
- Support Windows laptops used by remote staff.
- Collaborate with IT, business, and operations teams; manage tasks independently.
- Monitor platform performance and voice quality for high availability.
- Lead troubleshooting with Five9 support and third-party vendors.
- Communicate technical concepts to US-based stakeholders.
