Job summary

Digital Bakery, a boutique BPO, seeks a Senior Fire Protection Engineer in the Philippines to lead a local engineering team and collaborate with our international offices. You will design fire sprinkler systems, perform hydraulic calculations, and ensure compliance with NFPA, FM, and EN standards while mentoring engineers.

Preferred candidates have 8–10 years in fire protection, strong leadership, and proficiency in AutoSprink, AutoCAD, Plant3D, and Revit.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
8–10 years of extensive experience in fire protection.
Strong technical foundation in fire protection engineering with sprinkler standards NFPA/FM/EN.
Proficiency in hydraulic calculations using AutoSprink and CAD/3D tools (AutoCAD, Plant3D, Revit).
Excellent communication and coordination across international teams.
Proven leadership experience mentoring and developing teams.
Highly motivated to thrive in an international work environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and design fire sprinkler systems from concept to installation documentation.
Perform hydraulic calculations and translate results into fabrication drawings and specs.
Document materials and process in ERP, maintaining up-to-date project records.
Apply NFPA/FM/EN standards to project execution.
Oversee design reviews, coordinating with PMs and clients for compliant, cost-efficient solutions.
Provide technical/hydraulic support to project managers and sales teams.
Develop and implement solutions to automate recurring processes.
