Job summary

Salmon Group Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement technical solutions aligned with business goals. You will bridge business requirements and technology, ensuring scalable, reliable, and efficient systems from concept to deployment.

Lead tech strategy, oversee SDLC, collaborate with product owners and stakeholders, and guide a small team of engineers. Prior experience in financial or banking domains and AWS or DevOps certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year IT related course and at least 6 years of total experience.
• Experience in financial or banking industries is preferred.
• Good to have AWS SA or DevOps certifications.

Responsibilities

• Designing and architecting complex software systems.
• Oversee development from inception to release and ensure SDLC adherence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for crafted solutions.
• Develop technical architectures for new products, features, or systems.
• Evaluate technologies and frameworks and create detailed designs.
• Provide guidance to development teams on implementation details.
• Review and approve designs and troubleshoot issues.
• Plan and manage software projects from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements.
