Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
• 3-5 years of General Accounting and Financial Reporting experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor an accounting team to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• High integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
