Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an Australian financial planning administration role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with liaising the advice team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive client review packs.
• Coordinate, manage, and schedule client review meetings.
• Manage end-to-end implementation across superannuation, pensions, and investment portfolios (including individuals, companies, SMSFs, and trusts).
• Ensure accurate and timely lodgements, including follow-ups.
• Conduct final checks and audits of implementation tasks.
• Provide regular updates on work-in-progress to the advice team.
• Prepare and manage Terms of Engagement.
• Handle Ongoing Service Agreements and Fixed-Term Agreements.
• Manage Fee Disclosure Statements (FDS).
• Oversee Opt-In processes end-to-end.
• Process Fee Consent Forms end-to-end.
