Lear Automotive Services (Netherlands) B.V. - Philippine Branch is seeking a Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis professional in the Cebu/Lapu-Lapu area.

The role focuses on short and long-term financial planning, analysis of profit and loss, financial statements, and forecasting future performance. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Accountancy, is a CPA, and has 3+ years of accounting, audit, and financial analysis experience, with advanced Excel skills including Power Query, Pivot Tables,

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable school.
• Certified Public Accountant designation.
• At least 3 years combined experience in accounting, audit and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform short- and long-term financial planning and analysis to forecast business performance.
• Analyze internal financial information, external economic factors, and conduct financial modeling.
• Provide ad hoc analyses requested by management.
• Support month-end closing and forecasting activities.

Position Objectives

Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis’ work focuses on short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance. This includes:

• Analysis of internal financial information (e.g., profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, rates of return, etc.)

• Analysis of external economic conditions and their impact on business operations (e.g., inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, etc.)

• Financial modeling to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities

• Adhoc analysis required by management

Work Shift

Permanent Night Shift and overtime during month-end closing and forecasting days.

Key Competencies/Description

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable school,

• A Certified Public Accountant
  

Experience

At least 3 years combined experience in accounting, audit and financial analysis

Personal Competencies

Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills.

Skills/Knowledge

Advanced MS Excel skills, such as but not limited to:
