Job summary

Auntie Anne's in Philippines is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to turn financial data into actionable insights that support strategic planning and profitability growth. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, building models and dashboards to inform management decisions.

You will collaborate with Operations and other departments to improve cost control, optimize working capital, and enhance SAP-based reporting and automation, aligning finance with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Management Accounting, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and profitability analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to analyze complex financial information and communicate findings clearly to management.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar financial reporting tools is an advantage.
• CPA, CMA, or CFA qualification is an advantage but not required.
