Job summary

TigerUX is seeking an FP&A leader to own budgeting and financial planning in Cebu City, Philippines. You will build complex models, analyze variances, and partner with Operations, Sales, and HR to drive efficiency. Strong Excel/ERP skills and 5–10 years in corporate finance are required. MBA/CPA preferred.

This on-site role supports leadership reporting and strategic financial planning, with a clear path to mentorship of junior analysts. Expect regular executive-ready insights.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the end-to-end annual budgeting and planning cycle, conduct regular financial reforecasts, and develop long-term strategic financial plans.
• Financial Modeling: Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models, including scenario analysis and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Return on Investment (ROI) models, to evaluate business cases and investment opportunities.
• Variance & Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), compare actual financial results against budgets and forecasts, and identify the underlying factors contributing to variances.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads across Operations, Sales, and HR to monitor expenditures, manage headcount, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Leadership & Reporting: Manage, mentor, and review the work of FP&A analysts, and translate financial findings into clear, actionable insights for executive presentations and management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or CPA qualification is preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in corporate finance.
• 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or financial leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and financial planning tools.
• Strong communication, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to meet the company's stated age requirement of below 45 years old.
