Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Financial Admin to oversee CAPEX asset setups, disposals, and ledger updates in JD Edwards (JDE). The role includes fleet/licensing management and monthly reporting to finance and operations, based onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on asset administration experience, strong data integrity, and proficiency in MS Office. Day shift, onsite work environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin, asset data entry, or logistics/fleet support.
• ERP literacy focusing on JD Edwards (JDE).
• Data integrity and accuracy in maintaining registers and cost allocations.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) for data manipulation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process asset setups in JDE including cost centres and depreciation parameters.
• Process asset write-offs and disposals in JDE and update ledgers.
• Manage fleet licensing, registrations, and monthly fuel card transactions via GL journals.
• Audit and maintain asset master records across JDE and secondary platforms (e.g., MARS).
• Compile and distribute monthly plant, equipment, and logistics reports to operations and finance.

Your Role

• CAPEX Asset Administration: Process new capital asset setups in JDE, logging original financial costs, asset descriptions, cost centres, and initial depreciation parameters.
• Asset Disposals & Ledger Updates: Process asset write-offs and disposals in JDE, finalizing accumulated depreciation, gain/loss calculations, and fixed asset ledger entries.
• Fleet & Logistics Operations: Manage motor vehicle licensing, registrations, and renewals across the fleet; process and reconcile monthly fuel card transactions via general ledger journals.
• Database & Register Maintenance: Audit and maintain asset master records in JDE and secondary platforms (e.g., MARS) to ensure high data integrity across registers.
• Reporting & Reporting Dissemination: Compile and distribute monthly plant, equipment, and logistics performance reports to operations and finance management.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Experience: Proven experience in a dedicated administration, asset data entry, or logistics/fleet support role.
• ERP Literacy (JDE Focus): Experience navigating enterprise systems (specifically JD Edwards / JDE) for data entry, fixed assets, or logistics modules.
• Data Integrity & Accuracy: High attention to detail when organizing data, updating registers, and reviewing financial cost allocations.
• Core Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel for data manipulation/reconciliations and Word for reporting).

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior background in Fixed Asset Accounting, Fleet Management, or Supply Chain Administration.
• Practical experience using specialized supply chain or plant equipment tools (e.g., MARS).
• Basic understanding of general ledger journals, asset depreciation calculations, and CAPEX/OPEX accounting distinctions.
• Experience with state transport/vehicle licensing authority portal administration and fleet fuel management systems.
