D&V Philippines is seeking a fully qualified accountant with strong technical accounting expertise, payroll experience, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. This role is based in Manila with a hybrid work setup and requires onsite attendance for monthly team meetings.

The ideal candidate will manage payroll across seven countries, handle statutory filings, assist with audits, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring, and drive process

Qualifications

• CPA certification and strong technical accounting expertise required.
• Experience managing payroll across multiple countries and ensuring compliance.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts for two entities.
• Perform month-end and year-end close: journals, reconciliations, variance analysis.
• Analyze financial results and provide business insights.
• Ensure data integrity in reporting and compliance with standards.
