Job summary

The Senior Finance Manager (Controller) at CloudEats will oversee general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and internal controls. You will coordinate with regional teams to ensure compliance and provide strategic financial guidance to support growth.

You will lead a team of finance professionals, drive process improvements, manage audits, and partner with departments to optimize profitability while safeguarding assets. 5-day onsite in The Brilliance Center, BGC.

Qualifications

Job description

The Senior Finance Manager (Controller) is responsible for overseeing general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, internal controls, and external audit. This role reports to the Finance Head and works closely with other members of the local finance and regional teams. The Controller ensures compliance with accounting and financial regulations while providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and financial stability.

All subteams of Finance Operations, e.g., General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Control, and Finance Business Partnership, report under the Controller.

Main Duties

• Prepare and oversee the production of accurate and timely financial reports, including the income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other reports as required.

Finance Operations

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.

Internal Controls

• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure financial integrity. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Audit Compliance

• Coordinate and manage annual financial audits and work with external auditors. Ensure compliance with all tax requirements and filings.

Finance Business Partnering

• Oversees and serves as the finance business partner for all departments by tracking their financial performance and performing various simulations to aid them in decision-making;
• Oversees the Company's effort to maximize profitability, particularly under resource (cost) optimization
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and accountability.

Qualification:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an active license.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, including preparation and analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor finance teams, fostering high performance and accountability.
• Proficiency in financial systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Excel.

Work Setup:

• 5-day onsite in The Brilliance Center, BGC. (Monday-Friday)
