Job summary

Genesys Manila is seeking a Senior Analyst in Finance Customer Relations to manage payment-related cases and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth quote-to-cash process. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Collections, Billing, and Operations to resolve billing concerns and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in billing/case management, strong communication, and proficiency with ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years total experience, incl. 3+ years in billing and case management.
• Experience in billing, customer service, case management, or quote-to-cash processes.
• Proficient with case management platforms; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage payment-related cases: inquiries, disputes, escalations, service requests.
• Coordinate with resolver groups to ensure timely, accurate resolution.
• Monitor outstanding POs essential for invoicing and payments.
• Track PO status, escalate aging or high-risk issues to prevent revenue leakage.
• Support process improvements to strengthen PO compliance and billing accuracy.
• Act as primary contact for case follow-ups and status updates.
