A leading accounting firm in Quezon City is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor. You will supervise Accounting Associates, prepare tax returns, and collaborate closely with the Finance Manager. Candidates should have a degree in Accountancy, relevant certifications preferred, and at least three years of experience in accounting or finance. This role offers a hybrid work setup, combining remote and in-office work.

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy required.
• At least three years of work experience in accounting or finance.
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review the works of Accounting Associates.
• Assist the Financer Manager on executing the work programs.
• Leads the Accounting Associates ensuring the work programs are executed properly and communicates directly with client staff.
• Calculates and prepares tax returns for clients.
• Trains the Accounting Associates on-the-job and provide timely feedback and coaching.
• Drafts reports, analysis, presentations for use by the Finance Manager and/or the Engagement Leader.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• CPA and other certifications preferred but not required.
• At least three (3) years of work experience in accounting, audit, taxation, finance from a reputable accounting firm, private and public companies.
• Working knowledge and experience in cloud-based accounting and ERP systems such as Xero, Quickbooks, SAP Business One, Odoo, Zoho, and others.
• Intermediate skills in using Google Workspace tools, MS Excel, MS Word, and Powerpoint.
• Willing to be trained to use OneCFO’s tech and related apps and workflows.
• Articulate in Filipino and English, possess good interpersonal communication and personal leadership skills.
• Willing to work on a hybrid work set-up.
