MicroSourcing is hiring a Senior Finance Associate in Pasay, Philippines, on-site with night shift. You will support finance and accounting operations, maintain ledgers, close periods, and prepare financial reports.

The role offers healthcare coverage from day one, bonuses, and opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment. The position requires 1–3 years in accounting/finance, proficiency in ERP systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• CPA or Controller background preferred, but not required.
• Must be willing to report onsite in Pasay office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the general ledger.
• Record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts (e.g., bank, prepaid, payables, receivables).
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly).
• Help prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in cash management tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., auditors).
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Assist with audit preparation (retrieve documents, prepare working papers).
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to strengthen internal controls.
