Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Business Finance Senior Analyst to drive product costing, standard costing, and FP&A across GSC plants. You will partner with plant operations, procurement and supply chain to validate productivity gains and cost-saving opportunities.

You will analyze manufacturing costs, maintain standard costs, and develop automated reporting using SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, HFM/EPM, and Power BI. Strong Excel and data analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, costing, FP&A, or cost accounting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, HFM/EPM, or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and financial analytics.
• Experience with Power BI or other visualization platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across finance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product costing activities across plants, ensuring accuracy.
• Deliver cost performance insights and support budgeting/forecasting.
• Perform variance analysis between actuals, standards, forecasts and budgets.
• Develop automated reports and dashboards for decision-makers.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and supply chain to drive cost savings.
