Job summary

Yinshan Lending Inc. is seeking a driven Accountant/Accounting Officer to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. The role involves maintaining financial records, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting lending operations with tax compliance and financial statements.

The ideal candidate will handle general bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in line with Philippine standards. CPA not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in accounting or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update general ledger; prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
• Process AP/AR; issue invoices, monitor collections, reconcile accounts.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in tax compliance; filing monthly/quarterly returns with BIR (VAT, withholding taxes).
• Review employee expenses and reimbursements; support financial reporting.
