Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
• 3–5 years of relevant construction/site experience
• Experience in building construction, structural works, civil works
• Willing to work on-site and be assigned to project locations
• Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, quantity measurements, and site documentation
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and site supervision skills
• Experience working with subcontractors and construction crews

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site
• Ensure construction works are implemented according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Conduct site inspections and verify actual site conditions
• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, workers, suppliers, and other project personnel
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress
• Check dimensions, elevations, alignment, and workmanship of completed works
• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, inspection requests, and other required documentation
• Identify site problems, discrepancies, and delays and coordinate with the Project Engineer/Project Manager
• Assist in quantity take-off, material verification, and progress measurement
• Coordinate with QA/QC and Safety personnel to ensure compliance with project requirements
