Job summary

CSS is seeking a Senior Coordinator - Facilities to oversee maintenance and operations for 100+ locations totaling over 4 million square feet. You will coordinate repairs, upgrades, and vendor relationships while controlling R&M expenses and ensuring safety compliance.

The role involves building and maintaining relationships with landlords, monitoring facility needs, and supporting cost-efficient capital projects across owned and leased sites in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Associates’ Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) - Business or related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in facilities, building management, customer service, etc.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and all Microsoft Office suite items.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of building systems, HVAC, Lighting, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates building repairs and upgrades on leased sites with landlords in accordance with established leases.
• Ensures upkeep of at least 50+ company leased and owned facilities.
• Reviews and approves R&M expense requests.
• Liaises between AP & finance teams, vendors and location management.
• Works with Sustainability team for data collection and project execution.
• Creates and maintains a vendor database and identifies opportunities for national contracts and cost efficiencies.
• Supports capital spending requests for exterior signage, building repairs, equipment, carpeting and furniture.
• Assesses long-term needs for facilities and equipment to protect assets and mission with vendors; reviews assets for age/performance/lifespan and anticipates repairs or upgrades.
• Acts as a resource for management on facilities topics.
• Assist location manager with enforcing H&S policies and procedures.
• Assist with developing and implementing facility initiatives; researches energy-efficient opportunities and vendor consolidations; assists with planning, budgeting, and vendor negotiations, by compiling equipment lists and bids.
