Qualifications

• Qualification: Mechanical / Electrical Engineer.
• Experience: At least 10 years in large commercial, service industry or shipping.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Engineering Services & Maintenance.
• Identify and develop vendors to achieve 99.9% uptime.
• Screen vendors for day-to-day maintenance and new initiatives.
• Supervise execution of new jobs and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct quality checks on workmanship and materials.
• Prepare budgets for maintenance after market quotations.
• Prepare MIS for maintenance expenses.
• Regularly verify systems and processes for efficiency.
• Record problems and ensure timely resolutions.
• Provide regular status updates to AVP/VP Facilities.
