Job summary

U-BIX Corporation in Metro Manila (Makati) is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive revenue and expand market presence in the food and beverage sector. You will develop strategic plans, build key client relationships, and lead a sales team to meet targets.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in sales with 2+ years in a managerial capacity, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage market, industry dynamics, and consumer trends.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Willing to travel as required for client meetings, business development activities, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, drive business growth, and expand market presence.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the food and beverage industry.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure alignment between market demands and business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Analyze sales performance, prepare accurate forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote products and strengthen brand presence.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent account management and service delivery.
