Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team in Manila is seeking a Data Entry Analyst / Reports Analyst (MIS) to support business and workforce operations by ensuring accurate data entry, preparing reports, and validating data.

You will work with spreadsheets, trackers, and systems, checking data for accuracy, organizing data from multiple sources, and assisting with ad-hoc requests while maintaining confidentiality.
