Clevr OPC in Makati seeks an experienced Event Production Manager to lead our production department for mall activations and large-scale events. You will coordinate with accounts and creative teams to plan, schedule, and deliver successful events on time and within budget.

You will manage a team, oversee sourcing and payables, and ensure quality from ingress to egress, while maintaining thorough project documentation and on-site quality checks.

Formación

• Proven expertise in event planning, production, and management for mall activations and large-scale events.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading a production team with at least 5 direct reports.
• Strong communication skills for managing internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Experience in budgeting and cost management to optimize resources.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the production department from project initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with accounts and creative teams to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Develop production timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans.
• Manage supplier sourcing, quotations, and payables.
• Oversee on-ground event delivery and on-site production team.
• Conduct regular site and quality checks and maintain project documentation.
