Qualifications

• Three years or more of experience in event management, campaign coordination, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder events with NGOs or government partners.
• Strong project-management and supplier-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-event planning and master work plan.
• Lead supplier management and coordination for all event services.
• Manage event-day program, run-of-show, and session transitions.
• Oversee post-event documentation, closeout, and reporting.
