Job summary

Doghouse Recruitment is seeking a Senior Enterprise Network professional to lead the design and operation of networks across EU for a fast-growing cloud infrastructure company focused on AI and ML workloads. This role involves managing enterprise VPN and physical site infrastructure.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in networking, Linux administration, and automation using Python. Compensation includes a base salary up to €120,000, performance bonuses, and equity options.

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise routing and switching knowledge, including TCP/IP fundamentals.
• Experience in product-driven tech organisations (500+ employees).
• Recent, hands-on Linux administration experience is mandatory.
• Automation experience using Python and tools like Ansible is required.
• Firewall experience in office and data centre environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and operation of enterprise networks in the EU.
• Own VPN infrastructure connecting employees to internal systems.
• Manage office networking components such as WiFi, printers, and CCTV.
• Maintain physical site infrastructure including building management systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
