Qualifications

• 5+ years in network or infrastructure engineering with hands-on experience.
• Comfortable with APIs, data models/schemas, and GraphQL.
• Proven customer-facing presence and strong technical documentation skills.

• Own a small portfolio of customer accounts, acting as a trusted partner.
• Drive technical discovery, assessing environments and guiding design.
