Job summary

Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced ETL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining ETL processes, supporting data integration initiatives, performing data analysis, and ensuring data quality and accuracy.

The role requires strong SQL expertise and experience with reporting and visualization tools, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CS/IT.
• At least 3 years of experience as an ETL Developer with data prep, analysis and reporting.
• Experience in troubleshooting and supporting ETL processes.
• At least 3 years of experience with T-SQL.
• Experience creating reports, charts, dashboards using Excel, SSRS, Power BI.
• Knowledge of data visualization, data management, security, backup, recovery and monitoring.
• Familiarity with cloud services and data migration is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ETL processes and workflows.
• Develop and support integration tools, utilities, and data pipelines.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Test databases and resolve data-related issues.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for ETL solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, business users, and stakeholders to provide technical guidance and support.
• Assist in creating and maintaining technical and project documentation.
• Monitor ETL jobs and data processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Support data migration and system integration initiatives as needed.
