Job summary

Joii Workstream is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our office-based team in Angeles, Pampanga. The role focuses on producing take-off estimates for Australian projects and coordinating with offshore teams as needed.

The ideal candidate will hold a BS in Civil Engineering and ideally have 1–2 years of BPO experience, with familiarity in PlanSwift. Offshoring/outsourcing background is preferred though not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably 1–2 years BPO (Australian) experience.
• Preferably with PlanSwift take‑off estimating software experience.
• Preferably with offshoring/outsourcing experience, but not required.
