Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Wealth seeks a dedicated professional to support its wealth planning business, including individual trusts, estate planning, PMTs, family office, and related matters.

You will meet clients to discuss estate plans and trust structures, prepare wealth plans, and coordinate implementation with internal teams. Strong legal writing, research, and client service are essential in a fast-paced Manila environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry practices related to trust products and estate planning tools.
• Ability to independently conduct legal research, drafting, documentation, and client matters with sound judgment in escalation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills for collaboration with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to discuss estate planning, trust structures and agreements, and other client queries; prepare recommended wealth plans and coordinate implementation with other teams.
• Prepare proposals, recommendations, computations, reports; log information in the system; draft and monitor personal management trusts and related services.
• Provide legal advisory services to clients, draft agreements and family constitutions; assist in manuals and process guidelines; guide deceased account matters; support sales in client meetings and calls.
