Job summary

S&P Global in Manila is seeking an ESG Data Analyst to produce high-quality ESG analyses, reports, and models using SQL, Python/R, and Excel. You will identify data issues and contribute to ESG data product improvements, collaborating with a skilled team to support sustainable financial markets.

The role involves a hybrid work setup with a minimum of two days in the office weekly and a focus on data accuracy and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, particularly within ESG, financial data, or related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python/R, or advanced Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality ESG data analyses, reports, and models in a timely manner, adhering to guidelines and quality targets.
• Identify and address data-related problems or suggest process improvements within the ESG domain.
• Apply analytical skills to interpret complex ESG datasets, ensuring accuracy and identifying issues.
• Support team objectives by contributing to development of new ESG data products or enhancements.
• Operate with understanding of S&P Global's purpose and values to support sustainable market practices.
• All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
