Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil in Taguig is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations across SAP, Oracle NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics. You will drive PMO governance, oversee project delivery, and mentor project managers to strengthen organizational project management capabilities.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery. This is a direct hire role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of project management experience, including ERP implementations.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
• Strong knowledge of ERP processes and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage issues, and oversee change control.
• Drive PMO standards, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide project and portfolio updates to senior leadership.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers while promoting project management best practices.
