Job Description: Senior Business Analyst(Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion)) Minimum Qualification Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Operations, Information Systems, or other related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience

Over 8 years of strong business transformation, process improvement, business and technical architecture experience in an international environment Over 5 years of implementation experience in Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion) Financials covering AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Pension, etc. Ability to support decision-making at all levels and support the implementation of new operational processes, performance management systems and changes in culture required to deliver maximum value to audiences

Deep analytical assessment of the potential to improve, design, and implement a new way of working through strong and collaborative communication. Business and functional requirements definition, implementation support and documentation exposure and experience Experienced in business process knowledge in project management, procurement management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, loan accounting, profit and cost center management, data & analytics.

Good knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) functionalities and related Oracle reporting and analytics platform Knowledge of business process mapping, mining and visualization (i.e., Pipefy, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity and exposure to systems development lifecycle principles Familiarity with ERP landscape including integration with other applications. Strong client orientation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and ability to effectively interact with the members of the project team and relevant stakeholders. Preferably with experience in a multilateral development bank and/or experience in the banking sector.
