Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years HR experience focused on Employee/Industrial Relations.
• Experience negotiating CBAs and managing union relations in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on labor and employee relations strategies to ensure a harmonious workplace.
• Lead negotiations for CBAs and manage union disputes and engagements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies across sites.
• Address grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolutions in alignment with legal standards.
• Collaborate with factory leadership, legal teams and external bodies (DoLE, unions).
• Design national employee engagement initiatives and modernize HR policies and processes.
