Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking an Industrial Relations and Employee Relations HR Business Partner to support our manufacturing operations. Based in General Trias, Cavite, the role focuses on ER/IR, union relationships, CBA negotiations, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will drive national employee engagement, HR policy modernization, and workforce transformation while partnering with factory leadership and legal teams to balance business needs with workforce expectations.

Qualifications

Expertise in Employee/Industrial Relations (ER/IR)

Responsibilities

Strategic HR partnering for labor/employee relations across manufacturing sites.
Lead negotiations for CBAs and manage union relationships.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
Address grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolutions.
Engage with factory leadership, legal teams, and external stakeholders (DOLE, unions).
Design national employee engagement initiatives and HR policy modernization.
Support organization design, workforce planning, and culture transformation.
Partner with leadership on capability development and learning programs.
Align performance management with compensation practices.
Drive HR projects and change management initiatives.
